What exactly is Fortinet EPSP?+
Engage Preferred Services Partner is Fortinet's programme for professional services partners. You can't apply for it: Fortinet selects the partner and accredits it after its Professional Services team has assessed the partner's delivered projects, methodology and engineers.
How is it different from Expert Partner and ETSP?+
Expert Partner is the highest level of Fortinet Engage; ETSP accredits top-tier technical support. EPSP focuses on professional services: project design, deployment and operations.
I'm already a client. Does anything change for me?+
You keep the same team and the same point of contact. What's new is that we can now collaborate directly with Fortinet Professional Support experts on implementations to leverage Fortinet best-practices, always with GRUPO LINKA in charge.
Is the accreditation permanent?+
No. It is an accreditation that has to be maintained: Fortinet continuously verifies that the partner meets its certification requirements and quality standards, and the team keeps training all year round.
Where does the accreditation apply?+
