A Plan to Keep Running

We design, implement and test your continuity system so that, whatever happens, your company knows exactly what to do and returns to normal as soon as possible.

We identify the critical processes and the impact of their interruption over time.

Continuity Strategies

We define how to maintain or restore each critical process during a disruption.

RTO & RPO

We set the recovery time and recovery point objectives for each service.

Recovery Plan (DRP)

Technical procedures to recover systems, data and infrastructure.

Continuity Plan

We document roles, protocols and communications to activate in a crisis.

Tests & Drills

We test the plan periodically to guarantee it works when needed.

PATH TO RESILIENCE
[ YOUR ROADMAP ]

From Uncertainty to Resilience

We start by knowing which processes can’t stop and how much each hour of downtime costs you. Then we set recovery objectives, build the plan and test it with real drills. The result: a business that keeps operating whatever happens.

ISO 22301

Your continuity, certifiable: the seal that large clients and tenders require.

Certifiable Continuity and Tested

We implement a Business Continuity Management System compliant with ISO 22301, integrated with your information security. Having a plan in a drawer is not enough: we test it, measure it and improve it so it truly responds the day you need it.

When Something Fails, What Matters Is Coming Back

An incident can take a service down in seconds. What makes the difference is how much data you lose (RPO) and how long you take to recover (RTO). We design your continuity to minimize both so the business doesn’t stop.

RPO · how much data you can afford to lose
RTO · how long until you’re operating again
[ FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS ]

We Answer Your Questions

Do you test the plan or just document it?+

We test it. We run periodic drills to guarantee the plan really responds when needed.

What are RTO and RPO?+

RTO is the target time to recover a service and RPO the data point to return to. We set them for each critical process.

Is it aligned with ISO 22301?+

Yes. We implement a continuity management system compliant with ISO 22301, integrated with your information security.

What is the difference between a continuity plan and a recovery plan (DRP)?+

The continuity plan keeps the business operating during a crisis; the DRP is the technical part that recovers systems and data. We design both in an integrated way.

How often should the continuity plan be tested?+

At least once a year and after relevant changes to your infrastructure, with tests and drills that validate the plan really works.
